No insurance is needed to use the virtual care and/or pharmacy services.
If you do have health insurance coverage, GNC Health will not replace your current benefits, but work as a supplement to your existing medical plan. GNC Health programs provide 24/7/365 virtual care services with no co-pay, free medication delivery, and savings at pharmacies across the U.S.
For virtual urgent care appointments, typical wait times are less than 20 minutes, but please allow up to one hour for a medical doctor to contact you. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911.
GNC Health’s provider partner solely manages your identifiable health information and data in a HIPAA-secure manner. Only the medical professionals in our provider partner’s network can access your personal identifiable health data.

Eligible urgent care medications are available for same-day pickup at your nearby participating pharmacy for $0. Print or show your GNC Health Retail Pharmacy Card on your phone to the pharmacy staff at checkout. For $0 eligible medications, you must transfer your prescription for home delivery. You can use your GNC Health Retail Pharmacy Card to save up to 80% off other retail medications.
